According to your recent video from Aspen the title listed Sumner Redstone as Chairman and Founder of Viacom.
I beg to correct you. While Mr. Redstone is the Chairman he is not the founder.
According to Wikipedia: "Viacom International, a company that was a spin-off of CBS in 1971 after the FCC ruled that television networks could not syndicate programs they produced."

From the Viacom Web site:
Sumner M. Redstone
Executive Chairman of the Board and Founder
Mr. Redstone, the Company’s Founder, serves as Executive Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, a position to which he was elected as of January 1, 2006. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of CBS Corporation, a predecessor of the Company. He was Chief Executive Officer of the former Viacom Inc., a predecessor of the Company, from 1996 to 2005 and Chairman of the Board of the former Viacom Inc. since 1986.
So... maybe they were Viacom before they were Viacom? Either way, he's been there fer a looooong time, and clearly holds the reins o' power... thanks
